Rebecca Mann

Rebecca is a member of the Society of Sports Therapy, the regulating body of Sports Therapists and is a graduate from the University of East London with a First Class Honours degree in July 2018.

Rebecca has worked alongside Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and Sports Rehabilitators in both a clinical and sporting setting. This has helped Rebecca develop a multidimensional approach to patient care and how to help patients achieve their goals.

As a Sports Therapist Rebecca provides a focus on musculoskeletal injuries. Services include: manual therapy, exercises therapy, massage, athletic taping and rehabilitation. Rebecca is enthusiastic about the importance of returning to an active lifestyle not only within sport but with day to day activities also. To enable this Sports Therapy is driven by a functional, hands on approach, which aims to rehabilitate and prevent patient’s injuries.

Rebecca enjoys living an active lifestyle herself, partaking in netball, swimming and high intensity interval training (HIIT). After competitively swimming at a regional level for 10 years Rebecca has also developed a passion for Swimming Coaching and has worked alongside Olympic coaches at the London Aquatic Centre. Having experienced being both the athlete and coach, Rebecca has a real understanding of the demands of sport and the significance recovery time has on the effect of returning back to activity.

Rebecca has a passion for helping patients of any background and can assist with issues ranging from sporting injuries, occupational injuries to injuries sustained at home. Through the process of careful evaluation and assessment, Rebecca will tailor her services to best suit you.
